A 2 day trip to Goa sounds quite adventurous and great. We have worked out with the help of frequent travellers and few local people to prepare this itenary especially for couples.

Before starting our two day trip, I would like you to brief North and South Goa so that it may help you to decide your taste.

North Goa

North Goa can be compared with few night life places of Delhi like Hauz Khas, Cyber hub. Although heavily populated but you can enjoy the best wine and beer in the pubs of North Goa.

South Goa

South Goa is best for those who are looking for a quiet and green accomodation. Enjoy the silence, bird chirping with your partner in South Goa. South Goa is a romantic destination for couples.Colva, Palolem, Agonda, Benaulim are some of the quite and serene beaches of Goa.You will also find the best accomodation in these parts.
I hope this brief introduction of North and South Goa must have given you the idea for what these areas are famous for.
Now, let's start with our two day trip itinerary.

Day 1

Historical places are less preferred by couples in Goa, so keeping this in mind I am including only two historical places which should not be missed in Goa.

You can start with Fontainhas, the ancient Portuguese neighbourhood in Goa. This area is serene, peaceful and has a distinct historical charm in it. You can feel the Old Colonial Goa here. All in all its a wonderful place to being your trip.

Next you can head to Keri- a village in Goa  which famous for Ayurveda and is  located about 8 kms from Ponda. The typical Goan architecture and scenic surroundings are mesmerizing and do not fail to capture the charm of goan culture which is surely a thing  not to be missed. You will get the best local cuisine of Goal in Meri which makes it a first choice for food lovers.

After indulging in Goan culture, in the night head to Souza Lobo's, one of the best restaurants serving best fresh seafood and wine in the city. Though this place is always crowded, it is the most preferred restaurant by all tourists and localites.

At night you can prefer to go Club Cobana to enjoy the dancing lights of club.

Day 2:

The second day , head to the classic Goan beaches, because no matter how many times you visit Goa, its beaches are an absolute no miss.
First on the list would be the Anjuna Beach which is perhaps the most crowded beach in Goa with a charming coconut grove in the backdrop and a famous flea market in the vicinity.
Next you can head for Palolem Beach which is a very calm beach, with colorful and vibrant Calangute. A must see for experiencing solitude and peace.
After these two Popular beaches, if you wish for more beaches you can opt for Colva beach this little area of glory brings about the very best of coastal beauty challenged in Goa.
Once you are in Goa do not miss to enjoy few water sports on these beaches:
Scuba divingThis is one sport that is growing in popularity in Goa. From Dona Paula or from the Aqua Marine in Panjim, rent some scuba gear and arrange for an instructor. With 5 to 10 m of underwater visibility, you will be able to see coral heads, lobsters, bright colored fishes and shells.
Other sports include Underwater walk, Barracuda diving.
You can taste the best sea food at Colva beach.
Now it's time to say Thank you to Goa for giving such an unforgettable time.
This all is just an itinerary followed by various travellers, you can manipulate it according to your comfort and choice.
We wish you a very happy and adventurous holiday.
